sorry no to both..... Hints....... this is a rare breed hails from france 30ish pounds a beuty if i dont say soo myself its name comes from the beard on its chin it comes in all colors it was bred to be a water dog and hunt wild foul very simalar to a poodle its coat is long wooly and wavy
