teacup poodle
Question: Found this in today's Globe and Mail: A "tea cup" poodle dozes off in a mug at a pet shop on Thursday in Tokyo. The newly bred poodles, weighing less than 100 grams, can cost up to $5,500 (U.S). Photo: Koichi Kamoshida/Getty Images Answer: What a cutie! Less than 100 grams? My chinchillas weigh more than that! How is that possible? Wouldn't that breed be extremely weak because they bred it to be so small? Answer: I agree. I think this is an example of taking selective genetics waaaaay to far! Answer: I always thought it was a doctored photo, I got it in my email a few times It's very cute though! Answer: how old is the puppy tho??? wouldnt it be possible if it was newborn,,it looks new,,,,,,,Tea cup chiahuaus(cant spell) are super small also Answer: I would be weary of buying that particular 'breed'... I agree about the "taking selective genetics way too far".. Answer: he is too cute!!!! and very small!!! can cost up to $5,500 (U.S). thats what ... 550 dollars per gram???? whoahhh Answer: its soo lil. it looks sickly! if i had one of those i would step on it. i bet it is really hard on a female in labor! i would not be surprises if they have to do c-sections on them. i agree with everybody else they are takin genetics way to far. next the will come out with a mouse size poodle!
