Question:
today was a super fun day for the dogs! jim and i took the dogs for a walk by a pond over by a golf course close to the house. there are ducks there and everything. so we get down there and penny starts lunging towards the ducks, so we let her go and she was OFF! she chased this one duck around forever and even followed it into the water!! she got in up to her shoulders, but then she hopped back out. so chaquita was watching this and decided, "maybe i should try it." but she only got her front legs in before thinking, "uh uh." haha! but then she found a water-filled spot in the ground where it dips and she sprinted through that a few times!!! she liked it! so we walked them some more and let them run around. then we came home and, after jim cut the grass, the dogs played tug with "froggie" for a while in the yard. i got some pics:

the one penny was chasing was about her size. but then later on she chased a CRANE!! hahahahahaha! but it flew away into the middle of the pond.

yah. the area was originally a golf course for the Radisson that's there, but it wasn't making any money so they sold it. then on the land behind the Radisson, UNT (my college) built another dorm. but the remaining area is still really big! i'll take a pic next time we go.
