well, she got one! and he's a puppy!! yes, it's a BOY! we went to Operation Kindness today and fell in love with an eleven week old Akita mix. he is so adorable.
penny, josie (jen's other dog) and chaquita have been establishing dominance all day, but it's going well. he is ok with charlie - he doesn't chase him, but he does bark at him. but charlie is being tough and teaching him what's up.
his name is Ki-Adi ("kee-ah-dee") which is the name of one of the jedi councils from star wars. jen is a huge star wars freak!!
he hasn't had any accidents and has gone outside every time we bring him out. he is super smart. she will be crate training him (with one of my old crates), but it's good that he's already learning to go out there.
