So disgusting!

Question:
This story made me sick...
http://www.canada.com/calgary/calgar...4-9e2e00a5c558

"Baulackey also has two $200 tickets for Montana and Scully being at large and one for $250 for Montana causing damage."

This is the owners fault completely!! The dog was obviously out of the yard. Further, if she knew anything about pitbulls, she would know that they can be dog aggressive.

It's sad that any dog was hurt in the incident but the vet bills total $111? How injured is the dog? I can't even vacinate my dog for that price!

And why the heck is she smiling in the picture?!

Answer:
What an idiot. Those dogs are 8 and 9 years old. They only have a few years left! And they didn't attack a person. A dog is totally different, and part of their breed.

Another moron who needs to research the breed of dog they choose, and keep their dogs contained! Unneeded bad-press for pit bulls, because of her irresponablity!

Answer:
i agree with this story she did the right for her wrong. I would of too then again i would get near a pitt or ever own one. This is coming from a rotti owner.

Answer:
If this was a lab who attacked a pit, the lab sure as heck would not be put down. It would be treated as a dog.

What makes a pit so different? Human aggression and dog aggression is totally different...

Answer:
Thoe pits do not look like the kind that would cause problems. They just needed a responsible owner

Answer:
sorry, the dogs should NOT be put down, they should be taken to a home that will keep them contained and treated properly, not let run loose all over the country side...

it is common knowledge that pit bulls, especially when in a pack situation, can be VERY dog agressive..

shoot, Lucy just chases cars but i keep her little rear locked up tight, with a baby-gate in front of the front door so she CANNOT escape. she is the farthest thing from aggressive as any dog i've ever owned (so submissive it's really kind of sad) but for HER protection, i keep her behind lock and key. she gets run of the back yard and goes out on the leash.

you just don't let your dogs run loose. period.

Answer:
That is so terrible. Animals never do anything wrong, it's most always the owner's fault. Those poor dogs, did they ever even have a chance at a good life?

Answer:
A person like that should never have had Pit Bulls in the first place. Everyone that has responded to this thread is correct, a responsible Pit Bull owner would never have put their dogs and the other dog in that type of position.
