It's maybe just an impression that he is not very smart, but he does look quite vacant at times. It doesn't help that Ginia won't let me teach him anything cause she's afraid he'll sit or roll over or try to shake hands when he gets in the show ring. So far he can stand very still. She seems to think it's great- I am not as impressed.
