Question:
Well we just gave our Shih Tzu a bath. Ever since we have started taking him to the groomers he seems to get more stressed out during a bath. His eyes almost always get blood shot when he gets stressed out, but today I noticed he has blood in his eye. It is actually blood on the bottom of his eye in what is normally white! He was more anxious than normal after the bath. He's calmer now and has been sleeping on my lap for about an hour. He still seems to be his usual self.

Has anyone ever heard of this before? My dog will be a year old tomorrow. It is so weird seeing blood underneath the clear membrane on his eye. If you have heard of this before or have any advise as our vet is not open today that would be great!
