Well I think theres a sign on my door that only animals can read, saying LOOSE dogs/ Stray's WELCOMED here.
I hear my other neighbors dog HOWLING not usual for him to howl like this so I go out to see whats wrong only to see the little begal across the street surrounded by two BIG DOGS. Now he's on an electric fence system so he is contained there was no fighting and it was funny to see this little begal to be howling and chasing these two big dogs out of HIS YARD So I go over and they come over. I EASILY manage to get ahold of the german shepard and have her hooked up in my yard. I call security and ask if anyones reported them missing (before I had my hands on the one) and they said animal control had all ready been called. Now I get ahold of the german shepard (beauty) and get her hooked up and call the number on the tag and left a message but the second one I cant get to near I tried to make a dash and capture her/him ? probably a STUPID move since I dont know at the time if they bite lol but im trying to bribe him with food/treats and so far no go.
Anyway I can catch the dogs BEFORE animal control gets here, if AC gets here and there tied they will allow them to stay till the owner gets home if they have to capture them theyt ake them in and I hate to see them having to pay a huge fine for what is obviously a mistake on the owners part, I mean these dogs are well cared for at least Beauty I can tell is and the other looks it for as close as I can get, they have nice collars/ 3 tags, nails trimmed not real dirty a little mud but thats probably from running loose. Any ideas how to capture this illusive dog , so far he's staying in the yard ive put dog food and water out there for them.

Well AC was here, he wasnt able to get the dog either but said since im willing to let them stay he wont worry about them. and that if the owner dosent show up tonight that I can call them back and they will come out and do what it takes to catch the other dog. So far shes sticking around near the one thats tied but I still cant get ahold of her.

Lucky and Beauty have just went home. There teenage owner walked all the way over to pick up her girls. Apparently they broke out of the large kennel her mom put them in this morning before leaving for work. She was very thankful to get the girls home safe and sound and thankful I talked AC into leaving them here, she said she was terreified when she got home and the dogs werent in the kennel so figured they were inside when they wasnt inside she panicked and called her mom at work , then checked the machine and got my message about them being here. Lucky came right to her and I was able to finally pet her tail wagging.
I took a couple pics of them ill post them later have to get a shower and ready to get the kids off the bus, so much for getting anything done today I spent it playing tag with Lucky lol.
