cat poo
Question: cat poop...I usually bag it and put it outside in the garbage bin, but it gets thrown away once a week so with the heat it smells really bad. Can it be flushed?? I remember there being a thread about flushing dog poo hehe Answer: Depends what kind of litter you have---don't flush the clumping kind!!! Answer: nuts! that's the one i have. can't i just flush the poop? what's the non clumping litter like? I plan on switching to non clumping b/c this one gets stuck in her claws and well she gets self conscious lol Answer: Originally Posted by jiorji what's the non clumping litter like? Please read this. http://www.felinesandfriends.org/content/clumping.htm Answer: You might try switching to "Pine clumping" it doesn't track at all, and does not stick to their paws,is "non" toxic, and is compostable. If not there is a product on the market (it's like the "diaper genie" for dirty baby diapers) its the same idea, but is made for cat waste, I heard it works good, and can be found in most pet supply stores. Answer: I stopped using the clumping litter a while back,my litter-boxes are in the downstairs bathroom,I just scoop up the poop and put it in the toilet. For the moment I am using the Multi Cat claylitter, but am looking for and trying others..although not Worlds Best,I draw the line at paying $40 for a bag of cat-litter!
