Question:
My puppy Dippy is seven months old, just this morning I noticed that something is wrong with her right eye. Where her third eyelid is, it has turned very red and has some sort of bubble (?) looking thing under it. I just noticed it this morning and she has a history of her tear ducts clogging, but I've never noticed anything like this before... can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Well I have no clue, but it sure sounds uncomfortable! Are her eyes tearing up or getting runny?

Whatever it is, it sounds like something a vet should take a look at - sooner rather than later.
