Question: KSAT.com Judge To Decide Fate Of 90 Pit Bulls Dogs Were Seized During Raid POSTED: 6:42 am CST January 20, 2005 SAN ANTONIO -- The fate of 90 pit bulls is expected to be determined by a judge Thursday. The dogs were seized Jan. 15 during a dogfighting raid at a property in east Bexar County. Some of the animals are injured with wounds and fractures that have not healed. About 30 of the dogs are puppies. Some of the dogs are being housed at the Bexar County Humane Society and others are at undisclosed locations. The owner of the property where the raid occurred is being held in the Bexar County Jail on bonds totaling $50,000. Brian James Bailey is charged with animal cruelty and causing animals to fight. Thirty other people were ticketed at the raid. Instead of just ticketing the thirty other people, they should have all been thrown into jail. Let them fight each other to get released, one a day. Winner gets released.
