She's also getting involved in the noble work of shutting down puppymills and she just saved a neighbor's little Collie pup from a miserable life chained up outside.

Yup, here I am! I have to be good for something. Besides, the darn beagle got a squeaky toy from Grandma for Christmas and has been squeaking for hours now! A girl has to have something to do.

Three feet of snow!? How fun. The get lots more snow on the west side of Michigan, something called "lake effect." (Moving from Colorado, this was a new term for me.) Where I am we don't get as much. I rather enjoy the big snowfalls though.
