The whole "to a good home only" thing is what gets me. I mean how the hell do you know if it's a good home or not, you're not going to worry about the pet once it's gone. If you were that concerned you wouldn't put it in the paper and accept the first caller to show up like so many people do! My question is how can they expect a "good home" when they apparently can't provide one themselves for these animals that they have in the first place. I mean my pup has a "good home" but I am certainly not going to give her away or sell her, that way I know she stays in a good home! Why risk it anyway? That dog will probably be running around homeless on the streets in a few months because the new owner may decide they don't want her either. I wonder if their kid got on their nerves would they put it in the paper under the good home ad?!
