I was reading in the Enquirer of all magazines that Hollywood West is proposing a law against animal-cruelty,including ear-cropping,tailcropping,debarking,defanging and any non-curative procedures.
Declawing cats was made illegal in 2003.
Hurray for West Hollywood!!!

I hope this goes through. I think it should be against the law. I think it is awful what some people will do to make their animals "look good"! Kepp us updated Chico please.
