I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I couldn't find any section I thought fit, so here it goes. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with doggy daycares in the Vancouver area (could also be a little outside of Vancouver too). I have a 4-month old puppy that I may have to begin leaving for 8 hours a day (have been at home with her all day up until now). I don't want to leave her alone during this time, and am willing to pay for her to be at daycare. I want a place that people have had a good experience with, somewhere I can trust to treat my dog properly. Any links or info you can provide is appreciated, but I am especially looking for places you've had personal experience with.

Thanks mona_b. The first and last are for Victoria & Vancouver, WA (respectively), so those won't help too much. I've looked at the other two and they gave some good info, so much appreciated.

Anyone with personal experience using a doggy daycare in Vancouver, BC (could be Burnaby, Richmond, New West also).

Hi, I use a doggy daycare in Burnaby (near Lougheed Hwy on Douglas). It's excellent, I've been using it for five years and now a friend has her puppy going there. Their web is www.unleasheddog.com I believe. Try out the site and if you need more info post again and I'll recheck for you. Ryan is the owner - very good place - it's all about the dogs and he and his staff know them inside out.
