Question:
I was at work today and we've been getting a TON of Christmas cards and cookies/candy/cakes from clients. One of the cards was cute in its idea, but it made me a little mad.
It was something along the lines of: A cat sitting on Santa's lap saying "all I want is a dead rat, some cat nip, and my claws back" and everyone thought it was just sooooo cute... I did too until I really read it. Then I just got mad. I mean its not that I try to take these things too seriously, I just get a little upset when people take them so lightly.
Oh, and on a side note - I remember a post about a commercial a little wihle ago (I think Energizer?) where the kids put the cat in the dryer... and everyone sent emails complaining... anyway I finally saw the commercial again and this time they put EGGS in the dryer, but you still see the same cat running away at the end. Just goes to show with enough caring people sending opinions things really do change
