silvery-white fur
Question: Last week, i took Foxy in to the vets for a bath. He came back with silvery white fur. I have never seen such a fur color on a cat. I have one other all-white kitten, Snow Plough, but his fur is not as brilliant as Foxy's. Have any one else seen such a fur color on a cat? Answer: exactly how dirty was your cat before? lol not sure why it wasn't as "brilliant" before. Perhaps the vet place where they bathed her used a special type of cleanser and it made her fur more smooth and shiny, so the colours are appearing more sharp?? Answer: Nice bonus! She sounds beautiful. Let's see pictures! Oh wait next sched. visit is when he gets snipped so I doubt it. Answer: Foxy's coat has always been somewhat extra-white, but upon bringing him home with me last week, I noticed that his fur was even more shiny than before. I sent him in for a bath because he had some old flea dirt deep down in his long furry coat. Foxy is not a Turkish Angora, as I had originally thought, instead, he is a Siamese mix with something else, possibly a snow shoe or a Persian. He also has faint tan color points on his ears, and tail, but none on his feet and with no tabby stripes. Answer: Perhaps they used a bit of "blueing" to whiten him and did not rinse it out good. I use to use "blueing" in my maltese puppys rinse water. Yesterday is the past Today is a gift That is why they call it the Present Shirrell Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
