I am really trying not to get discouraged, at least until we get an answer... but this is a hard situation to be in. I never would have left ANY of them if I had a choice, and the thought of "losing" her twice is almost more than I can stand.

I lived in a complex for three years with two cats, three pets total, over the limit, but we were otherwise such great tenants they never said anything about it (though they knew exactly how many cats we hard, hard to miss, they all sat in the window at once) I hope your landlord is as nice as ours was about it.
