Im not sure what this breed is it is a Rescue Kitty at a foster home the lady isnt sure what kind it is she thinks it is about 3 mo

It think it has siamese blood in there, from the 'points', which in this case I think are called Lynx Points, because of the tabby striping.

I've never heard anything about the Siamese breed being mean. As a matter of fact, most breed profiles from cat magazines describe them as affectionate, extroverted and attention-cravers.
A Siamese can be mean in the same sense that any other cat out there would be mean - it was abused, was not socialized properly as a kitten, has medical issues that may affect it behavior, or was bred from puppymill stock with no thought for temperament or health. But as a breed, they're supposed to be clingier and more affectionate than average.
