My little kitten Sophie has crawled in a hole about 4 inches wide and 4 inches tall under the kitchen cabinet I can't find a way to get her out. The hole is like a tunnel that goes all the way to the wall. I am freaking out...

Hermione used to do this. What I would suggest is stuffing an old towel in the hole this kept my cat out until she got to big to even try.
