Oh here, here, here! We usually have plenty. Ask poor Karen about her visit to Glasgow. Grey skies and rain rain rain! OK it was in January, but all the same!
I remember some years ago seeing a cartoon with two guys waking along in the driving rain. The big story at the time was that vast areas of England were suffering drought conditions and wanted to buy some of our water. Our reservoirs were very well stocked at the time.
