I sign & support this effort every year with the hope that one day it
will make a difference. I do read that Canada has reduced the amout of
the cull for this year. Not out of pity, but because global warming has seen
the death of many pups this year. (melting ice floes-the only place for babies
to live till they are older & weaned)
