What kind of cell phone do YOU have?

Question:
OK, lol you just got me started me off with the cell phones...
I have gone through FOUR phones in TWO years. My first cellphone was a piece of crap. It had no color, no texting, no games, and I couldn't download anything. I dropped it so many times and the back was full of scratches. IT was huge too. The battery came off if I so much as touched the damn thing. SO, my dad bought me a really cool new phone. It was small, red, really cool looking, awesome camera and features, etc. In the summer, I went to a waterpark and brought it in a "waterproof" case. SO MUCH FOR THAT!!! It got wet and broke.
I got my sister's old phone, which was fine. The features were pretty cool and I was ok with it, until last thursday when I went to my friends band practice. They broke it, so I was going to get my mom's old crappy phone but my dad bought me a new one because we had a $75 discount. I guess I was lucky. I AM IN LOVE with my new phone!!
It's a Sprint sanyo spc-8400:
Electric blue. I wouldn't trade it for any phone on the market. It's better then the razr. Let's hope this one lasts, as you can see I have no luck with cellphones.

Answer:
I have the LG Chocolate and I absolutely hate it.

Answer:
I have what SunCom gave me, a Sony Ericsson (sp?) something. It is a flip phone and it is blue. I have no idea what model it is. I've been with SunCom for a long, long time, as a customer (almost 10 years), and when my contract comes up for renewal, they will offer me a new phone, usually. I want to be able to dial, receive calls and store phone numbers. My cell phone is my lifeline to my job, but I don't need all the other bells and whistles, even though my phone probably has them! LOL!!! I'm such an idiot when it comes to operating it and I can't see it without my reading glasses!

I've had my Motorola V325 for a couple of years now and really like it. It's not stylish by any means, but it has never dropped a call and gets a pretty good signal in most places. Too bad it's a work phone and I'm being restructured, so I might be looking for new plan in a couple of months if the new role doesn't include the phone. I hate memorizing new numbers too.

Answer:
I had the same phone for about four years and I hated a lot of things about it. I've been telling my mom I'd like to get a new one but wanted to buy a macro lens for my camera first. A week ago she surprised me and bought me a new phone! I have the Fusic from Sprint&LG and I LOVE it.

I have the green faceplate on mine.

Answer:
I have a little silver Samsung phone. I can't remember the model number. No camera, I would never use it anyway. I just put a new faceplate on it tonight, though, now it's blue and purple rain drops. Pretty cool! And, of everyone's cool looking, expensive phones, my little basic phone gets the best service and reception by far.
My son has a Samsung 416. We ordered some pretty awesome skins for it on ebay for $3 each. So now it is black and orange flames one day, blue swirls the next, etc. Pretty fun.
My son also has a black PEBL. He has two phones because he lost the PEBL at a boxing match. We looked all over, talked to the people at the events complex, ran an ad in the paper, etc. Finally we gave up and bought the Samsung ... and ONE day later, someone calls and says she has the phone. Never fails. He is trading it for a blue one as soon as our service provided gets them in. It was supposed to be blue when he got in at Christmas, but they keep getting them back ordered. They are definately nice looking phones, and I love the way they flip open, but honestly, it gets the worst reception and service of any of our phones.
My step-son has some little LG phone, and my step-daughter has a Nokia.

Answer:
I don't have a cell phone. Yes, there really are some people left in the world who do not have one!

I wouldn't have one, if it weren't for needing to keep track of all my teenagers all the time! LOL

Answer:
I used to have a Nextel i860....I hated it, never any service, and the phone was garbage, took horrible pics. Now I have a Verizon LG, can't remember the number of it. It is silver and a flip phone. The camera is not great on it, but it is an okay phone. The service is okay, I still get dropped calls, just not as much. Oh well, at least I am able to have a phone, right?

Answer:
i am stuck with a Cingular free flip phone right now. I got mad a couple weeks ago and threw my good phone against a brick wall. i HATE my phone, but it calls and texts so i'm good. I have prepay and hate having to watch how much money i have on the phone all the time.

LOL
We have Verizon with the new every 2 so last year Mark got us both the LG VX8300.
I really like it because it has a camera that take amazingly good pictures for a phone
and it's also an mp3 player.

Answer:

This is my Samsung 209t - very basic and part of a "to-go" prepaid package but I am so glad to have it when I am out by myself. I am still learning how to use the things like texting, games, e-mail, voice commands, IM, etc. Hubby and I are so silly - will use our cells when we can't find each other in stores

Answer:
I think it may be time for an upgrade ...

In reality, i have a beat-up old POS Nokia that i've had for about 5 years, and the only reason I keep it is because it seems to seamlessly switch between analog and digital modes (which a lot of the new phones seem to have real issues with) - this is the only important feature for me since i spend so much time in the woods up north with only the cellphone.

... and that is soooo sad really, because being the self-proclaimed nerd that I am, i've fallen behind on technology. Oh well
