Okay well my mom just got a new laptop yesterday and I'm trying to get Windows Live Messenger on it. But.. there's a problem.. It says there's like an error so it keeps like not signing me in and closes it. The error name is BEX. I don't really know what that is though.. So if anyone can help me... Please do! Thanks!

Your best bet is to copy and paste the exact error message into google, and click on the microsoft solutions page it should bring up.

Ughhh... It was too hard so I just deleted the windows live messenger and downloaded the msn messenge 7.0 or 7.5 lol i dont remember what one it was but yeah thanks anyway..
