Ok well I have to admit I look kinda scruffy because I just got off of work alittle bit ago and the pic with Aiden he is a bit dirty looking also because he still needs his bath and has chocolate all over his face and he thought he would be cute making a very weird face, But I still decided to share with everyone..

I work out every day. I eat 800-1,000 calories a day. I try and stay away from breads and pastas as they REALLY pile on the calories. I ONLY drink water, green tea, and orange juice. I wear 15lb ancle weights every day. My legs are crazy strong! Unfortinatly, I have picked up the smoking habbit. Because of all the stressful stuff going on a while back I wanted some sort of outlet and I just havn't stopped yet. NOT a good thing to do! You tire out a lot quicker when you are working out!

Be very careful doing this. This can tear up your knees, so watch for knee pain.

I didn't think about that. So far my knees have been ok, but I do recall them aching a lil when I would work out for long periods of time. Thanks!
