Images from a Danish graveyard
Question: These first pictures are from the area where people have a stone dug into the ground with their name on. The round area is where they put flowers from new graves, that doesn’t have enough space for them. Then a picture of my friend’s daughter, who recently moved in in the building, she lives just around the corner from me. continues... Answer: Various images of the nature. I love this tree! The ground below wil be covered in little blue flowers in a few weeks time. I have been looking for one to put on the other side of John’s gravestone - so far, I have planted some Lavender there. You’re going to laugh when you hear what the gardner said about this tree.... it is paper flowers!! So I’ll keep looking. continues.... Answer: Forgive my ignorance Randi but can I ask who John was? I don't remember seeing anything about him sorry but the pictures are lovely. Answer: John was the love of my life, and he was a member of PT. He posted as Jonza and his posts are still here. Sadly, he died very suddenly in February 2005. This is a pdf of the churchyard, John is in section M, just below the three little red flower icons. I live to the left where it says Park. Answer: John was Randi's husband! He was a much loved member of PT too, posting as "JONZA". He died 2 years ago (or is it 3, Randi??) Answer: What a unique graveyard. I love the stone markers and unique animal headstones.. That is just such a cool idea, I wished we had those here.. I love visiting old graveyards. Answer: I can only see bits of these as I am traveling and my %$# laptop can be very slow. Please keep them to the top of the list so I can see them when I return home. They look so lovely! Answer: Some lovely photos, Randi. It looks such a peaceful place.
