We have a Main Coon male cat that is two years old and 24 hours ago he appeared to be getting sick. He he excessively licking up saliva that appears to be running out of his mouth. His energy is low and the chin area is soaked with saliva. He appears to breath ok and there is no discharge through his nose or eyes. We are baffled and looking for any suggestions.

Note, if it continues to get worse, we will bring him to the vet.
