Question:
Roxie is nearly six months (in January) She has just started to lose her baby teeth in the past week. I know she is not a happy girl at the moment, but yesterday, about an hour after her morning meal, she brought it all up.
last night, several hours after her evening meal, she did the same thing.
I have not changed her diet, and the only Chrissie food (Christmas Day) she was allowed, was a few pieces of chicken breast.
The only thing that was different in her routine yestersday, was a trip to our local "Doggie Beach" she was with us the whole time and did not eat anything strange.
Her appetite is the same, took her for her morning walk today, and she was her usual playfull self.
I know that at present she is a bit miserable from teething, but am wondering if the two things are related?

I think the vet would be the only one to answer that. She may have gotten into something you didn't see...

Did she drink water at the beach?

She may have also gotten something on her paws which she later ingested or you may have discovered she has an allergy to chicken (christmas chicken? You mean turkey yes ? ~ turkey is very rich and not for all tummies).

Thanks for the replies. She is still to young for me to trust her off the lead on the beach, so she was with me the whole time, she's affraid of the water at this stage to. No it was chicken.
However I found out that my mother-in-law had brought her one of those Chrissie dog stockings (a raw hide shaped boot) which contained doggie chews of very poor quality, with very suspect Chrissie colourings, She had given her a few of these things. Roxie is not very food motivated (at this stage) but saves these things for a quite chew later on. I suspect that these where the cause. And have since been found and thrown in the bin.
Thankfully she now seems better, no more throw ups & no more "Doggie" smells.
