My friend has this black lab thats abt 11 yrs old and hes had medical probs before he has tumors all over his body and open soars on elbows and joints that have scabbed over.....recently the dog got his upper townail stuck ona string and ripped it off we bandaged him up and everything seemed ok but now hes shaking uncontrollably he seems to b in pain but everyone says its normal but i think they r wrong his eyes r drawn he just looks like he suffering please can anyone tell me what to do?

As this is not your dog then there's nothing you can do other than report them to animal control for what you feel is neglect.

I feel so sorry for this dog Please help him, talk to your "friend" so the dog gets to a vet asap,if your "friend" doesn't do anything about it,report him. This dog needs help and unfortunatly , can't ask for it. Someone (like YOU) has to step up for him. Please help him.
