Hello all! I recently adopted a cat named Ginger. She now has a watery left eye. The discharge is not green or pussy, it is clear. Her eye has been running for about 2 days now. I am not sure if I can wipe it with a warm face cloth, or if that will irritate it. What do I do?

It may be a sign of a viral infection. I would have it checked out by a vet. It could be a sign of a respitory infection. One of my cats, Chrunchie is a chronical problem, usually brought on by some stress. We are not vets so I can only talk about what it was with my cats.
