Question:
My little 4month old shih tzu is the sweetest thing alive but last month I noticed this little tiny dots on his tummy and around the genital area, yesterday when I was giving him a belly rub i noticed that they are larger and I am not sure what it could be. he is also licking the genital area more than before.....
Help!!

It could be an alergy of some sort.

Is he scratching at all?

Have you taken him to the vets to get it checked?

I know that pups have know to have whats called "puppy pimples"

he only scratches his ears, he has an appointment for the vet on thursday, but I am still worried, he is my baby!!! thank you
