Change in Bowel Habits

Question:
Recently Willow got a scare in the backyard. Namely my landlords put up a tarp for an outdoor party they were having and one of the corners (Willow's corner... of course) came loose in the wind, it was flopping around and Willow wouldn't go out to the grass to do her business. For about three days she didn't have a bowel movement at all in the yard (she usually does two a day). I took her to the park and she went four times in half an hour. Ever since then the caliper of her poo has been super tiny (looks like I have a Shih Tzu, not an Aussie). She is eating and drinking normally, not losing weight, not lethargic, everything is normal except the size of her poo.

I'm just concerned as to whether there is something wrong with her. In humans this is generally a sign of colon cancer. :(

Answer:
Maybe she's constipated?

What is she eating?

How long has she been producing tiny loads?

Answer:
Here belly doesn't feel hard, or swollen.

She eats a mixture of Pro Plan (what I can afford) and Performatrin Ultra (what I can't afford, but gives her that extra boost).

She's been this way since the tarp incident.

Answer:
How long ago was the tarp incident?

When did you start introducing performatrin?

Answer:
Sunday was the incident, and it took her three days to even step on the lawn, and even now she doesn't like it.

I started the performatrin last year.

Answer:
But if you take her to the park or something now, are the loads bigger?

I'm just wondering if she's holding it in to avoid the lawn, and as a result, the colon just keeps working on it and by the time she goes, there's next to nothing left.

Answer:
Hhhmmm that's a thought.

We haven't been out since Wednesday... mommy's pretty sick right now. She went four times Tuesday at the park and they were a decent size.
