Question:
I took Syd to the vet today for her second set of puppy shots, and as I suspected she had round worms, again . I have a couple of questions that I would have asked the vet, but didn't think of it while they were open:
1. Do I need to sanitize, or toss her toys, could they cause re-infestation?
2. I try to clean up after her in the yard, but often, she goes under the brush, where I can't get to it, how long is it a risk?
They did give me wormer for my cat this time, so she should not be a possible cause again. I don't like it when my critters don't feel good, and while I know I can't eliminate all risks, I would like to minimize them. Thanks!
