My Labrador Pups of three months has teary eye's. He eats well and is playfull as normal. But had teary eyes for about three days. Its it normal due to the change of weather ?

Some dogs' tear ducts don't develop properly. It happens often on little dogs (Poodles, Maltese, Bichon Fries etc.), but it still can happen on bigger dogs.
