So I have a male cat. Well he isn't over a year yet. And I noticed a scratch of somesort on the top of his head. Well me and my boyfriend didn't think anything about it. We thought it was just Hussi who is our little kitten. Well days went by and the hair around the "cut" fell out. So now he has this bald spot on his head. He has another bald spot forming on one of his legs. Now I thought it might be ringworm. But he has never been outside and the bald spot on his head is not round or looks anything like pictures I've seen online. It's probably 2-3 inches in length and 1-2 inches in width. So if anyone has any clue whats goin on we would greatly appreciate your help.

hair loss can be a sign of many illnesses or injuries, should be addressed by a vet asap. different types of hair loss could mean very different things. get a blood test done

We have a vet appoinment set up for next week. Hopefully everything will be ok until then. He acts normal. He still plays, eats, and uses the bathroom like everything is normal. So hopefully everything is ok. Looking at it closely it looks like really really really dry skin. It's pretty gross. But like I said nothing in his routine has changed. He still chases Hussi around the house and beats up on her.
