I am a first time dog owner. I am very over protective of my dog! But I was looking at my dog and noticed that his eye was dis-coloured, kinda brown to the outside of the eye..and I think his pupils were dilated as well. I not sure what to do. His breed is part Coon-hound, Rotti, Bermise Mountain Dog... he's around 100 pounds.... He's a beautiful dog! Please help me!!!

Bridie's are like that too ~ sort of like the colour ran! She's always been like that. There's no sign of trauma to the eye? Discharge ? Blinking or pawing at his eye ?

Answer:
The dis-coloring is just outside of the white of his eye... he seems to be pawing at it a little bit! I has been dealing with an ear infection for a little while too... and both ear and eye problems are both on the same side..
