Our 11 year cat has recently started drooling almost non-stop. Is this normal for a cat this age? She seems otherwise healthy and is eating well. Any ideas?

I'd have her teeth checked. Sometimes that can cause drooling.

Yes if it just started to be more often then I think a vet visit is in order. At eleven he/she is into the senior years and should be having regular checkups and special diet anyway. Good luck.

took cat to vet. turn out she has a bad tooth. Doc Orzek is going to clean the tooth and pull it if needed. Thanks
