hi im sorry if im wasting your time but my cat got a minor cut (about half an inch long) on the top of her left paw (front leg) today which you can only see when you carefully pull the fur away from it and see her skin. its just bleeding a little :( and the fur has absorbed the blood. it doesn't seem to be bothering her at all unless i try to look at it because she can still walk and everything which is why i didnt even notice it but since im always kissing my cats paws (weird i know and this time i had to go wash my mouth out) i noticed right now and i was wondering what to do? i washed it (which was pretty hard cause now shes mad at me lol)but im wondering should i put alcohol on it or something? should i put a band-aid (hah a band-aid on a cat) or something to keep it protected? vaseline maybe? haha whatever advice you can give me would be great for future references as well

Do not put alcohol on it! From what I can see in that pic, the cut looks quite deep and should be seen by a vet. It could get infected and abcess.

I agree with Lucky! but don't think you're weird for kissing your cats paws,I do too,I love the soft,underpart of their paws.....but considering the litter-box,maybe we shouldn't
