Question: hi i have a small peckginy(sorry do not know exact spelling) and its constantly biting and scratching his bhind area near his tail shes loosing ALOT of hair because of the constant biting and sratching im worried if shes got something wrong with her also on her stomache she got this wierd like air buble that just pops up i tried pushing it down but several mins later it comes back up please help me im concern of my dog health but if the price is expensive i do not think i can afford the vet bill thats why im worried Answer: Pekingese maybe ? Have you checked her for fleas ? Or does it look more like a hot spot ? As for the "air bubble", you need to take your dog to a Vet. It could be something simple or it could be something serious ~ we can't diagnose problems like this over the internet. Let us know how you make out. Answer: uhh i never went to a vet before since my pet is not insured how much does it cost to get a check up or some sort i do not think its a hot spot ALOT of hair is falling off in that area where he is biting and there is no fleas or any bugs on him Answer: Could have worms. Go to the Vet. talk to them about payments. Honestly, maybe you should re home your pup if you cant afford to take care of him. I'm not saying your a bad owner or anything, but if you cant afford a simple check up, like $30-50 dollars, owning a pet may not be the best choice for you. Answer: Sorry, but I agree with Scott B. If something very serious happens and your dog needs treatment, it's only fair to the dog that you are in a position to be able to help him. Pets require routine care by a veterinarian to stay healthy and it is very probable that they will also eventually need treatment for accidents and illness. It's not a matter of if....it's a matter of when. I am a firm believer that our pets are not a right to own, and if you cannot afford to give reasonable care when they need it, you should not have them. I don't mean to sound unkind, but this is for the well being of your pet. You cannot get medical advice on this board, your dog needs to see a veterinarian for that. Good luck. Answer: no i can afford 30-50 dollars well I cant but my MOM can hehe im only 16 >_<; but ill take the dog to the vet on wensday for a check up to see what the has cause i think something infected him Answer: Glad you are taking your dog to the vet tomorrow. Good luck and keep us posted. Answer: Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
