thanks for no help at all.
Question: For the replies to my thread on my kitten with the sores. I realize that no one on here is a vet, but I thought maybe someone had maybe seen something like it before. I could have use some more replies before it was closed. My topic was not a life threatening illness, ie my kitten isnt bleeding, vomiting etc, so it was a viable topic. Thanks. Answer: You did get a response from Shamrock, so I'm not sure what you expected. Your cat needs to see a vet, end of story. Cindy Answer: Wow, aren't you a grateful person! If your body was covered in sores would you go onto people.ca and ask for help? I'm guessing not.. I'm guessing you'd go to the doctor, just like you should take your cat to the vet. Answer: Hi I didnt see your first post, but i know my cats had a rash all over his body when he was a kitten, and i found out he was allergic to fleas! Answer: Hi rice59, clm is absolutely right. You DID get a response (Shamrock's) that was bang on. That response was also very friendly. Hi rice 59, and welcome to the forum. As the sores are not going away.. and are in fact getting bigger..kitty needs to see a vet. It's impossible to know what this might be, only a vet can diagnose. This "sounds" like it could be ringworm though. This is treatable in a variety of ways, but will spread without it.. and is contagious.. so the sooner you get kitty checked the better. Good luck, and let us know how she is coming along, wont you? There is no way to know what the problem is...so your pet needs to see a doctor. We like to help when we can...but when members need to see a vet...we tell them so (and we try to be friendly about it). This thread will now be closed. Please do not reopen closed issues. Because we ARE pet lovers here, please do report back with an update once you've seen a vet. Thanks! Marko ADMIN Answer: Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
