My neutered shar pei of four years has had this funny smell the past three days. It's almost a sweet smell and it's coming from his behind. My other female has been quite interested in it. There have been no changes in diet, eating behavior, drinking, bowel movements, etc. Should I be worried?

For sure the words "sweet smell" and "his behind" don't show up in the same sentence very often...LOL

This is a bit usual -if it persists I'd call the vet and possibly take him in.
Is there any discharge?
