Question:
Can the innards of a dog have enough acid to do damage to a carpet ie turn it white and blacken and lift a hardwood floor? Please help as I am battling the insurance company for damages caused by diarrhea and vomit.

I am sure not a vet....but Vomit can surely discolour carpet and floors....my own pets have discoloured them.....but they were cleanable in my case.

Can it lift the hardwood itself....that i seriously doubt....I mean stomach acids are strong but they aren't like car battery acids or sulfuric acids.
