my 11 month old cat has been throwing up food and clear mucus/liquid, and has been having very loose stool. she does not appear sick, being very playful and lovable, but i am naturally concerned. she was recently at vet but they found nothing wrong. what should i do and is there anything i can do to help her?

My kitty was having very loose stools and "leaking" poo. Turned out when they tested her stool sample she had a parasite called giardia and the vet gave us medicine to clear it up.

Yes,as with so many questions here a good vet is the only answer,it could be something simple as a food-problem.But she could quickly become dehydrated and deterioate.Cats,especially kittens will make every effort to play,even though they are sick,until they just don't have the strength anymore :(
