First and foremost, call your vet! How long since his Tx? And you have been keeping him quiet and calm right?

Until you can reach your vet try anything enticing, (in small amounts) to get his appetite going again, he needs all his strength right now. Hand feed him, baby him like never before.

The aftercare of heart worm Tx is as crucial as the Tx itself, maybe more so since it is the most dangerous part.
Your vet should have given you a "go home" sheet with after care directions and what to do if's....Please call your vet as soon as possible.
