Hello! I have a year-old dog that has some weird skin issue. It is really, really disgusting and I am not sure how to deal with it. He has these little scabs (about the size of a dime) that look pink and scaly. He has them on his underbelly from the end of his "private area" to about the end of his ribcage. My father thinks they might be flea bites (he had fleas very badly until we treated him with shampoo and Advantage). They just seem so big, too big to just be little flea bites! These little sores have been there at least a few weeks.

You know it could be mange...there are different types. Either way you need to see a vet to find out for sure and get treatment ASAP!
