Remember me getting on her about a week ago and telling you all that my husband bought me two kittens for my wedding gift. And we woke up last Sunday morning and the little orange kitten was died and we have no reason why. We woke up this morning and Tie was died (well almost) he was actting the same as the other one did when he died. I hurried and called the vet and we rushed him right in but before we could get him there he died. We still took him to the vet and they are running test to see what is happening to them. But we have no idea, they are 7 weeks old. We have searched the house over and over and can find nothing to our knowledge that could have hurt them they died one week apart. I checked all my plants to see if there was teeth marks and there was nothing. I do not know what is wrong with them. The vet said we were feeding them right and we were feeding them the food from the vet. If anyone has any idea ir thoughts PLEASE let me know. They do not eat table scraps or anythig like that either.

I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss(es). I know what it's like to lose a pet, and it's sometimes harder when we don't know what causes the loss. If you've had them anytime at all, you can become attached. The kittens could've had an internal problem that there's no way you could have known about, like a heart problem, for instance. Don't feel guilty, because I'm sure it's nothing you did that hurt them. Let us know what the vet says.

The vet is shocked he has no idea what caused this. He said that the organs of the cat looked healthy so he does not know. He found a few round worms I think he said 4 but he said that is normal in a little kitten until they are wormed. He said the only thing he can come up with is that just like when an infant will die of SIDS a little kitten can do the same and they have no idea why. He said that he was not poisioned or anything. He said that evey once in a while he will have someone bring in a whole liter of kittens and they will all have died and there is no reason. So that is all that he could tell me. He said that it is safe to bring another cat in the house becase they had nothing that would spread to another cat. It just blows my mind he had nothing wrong with him. No vomiting or nothing. I loved my cat and I hate that I do not know what was wrong. Thank you for your concerns! :(
