Answer:
Did you call or go? Chances are if you go and show them the suffering kitty, they won't say no.

I called them.. Told them everything. But they said that they don't do payment. I have to call a vet back in a few hours .. I'm hoping he will let me makes payments..If not I just don't know what to do.

Answer:
This is an EMERGENCY,I would bring the cat in to the nearest vet,no phonecalls, just go there.
I have a feeling your poor cat probably has never been to a vet and the vet not knowing you is part of the problem, but hopefully he has an ounce of compassion.

I'm not sure if you've tried the humane society or if they will be able to help you, but maybe they can point you in the right direction, it looks like they should still be open. If you can't get any help you will likely need to surrender her to the spca or local shelter, a very difficult decision to make, but more humane than allowing her to suffer. What an awful situation, I'm so sorry.

[edit] Sorry that's the wrong halifax i think :P I'll try to look up the right one and pm you if I find it.

Answer:
Please check your messages if you haven't already. There is some info that might help, sometimes there are people who will help or even cover costs in situations like these. It is an EMERGENCY i hope she's at a vet now.

Answer:
Your cat needs vet attention immediately, please take her to the nearest emergency clinic and post a new thread on her progress.
