Question:
My cat has recently started acting a bit strange.

He will go into the litter box and just sit there. He looks like he is going to the bathroom, but i am not sure. He does this though every 10 min or so. He is CONSTANTLY going in the litter box. He isn't sitting. It "looks" like he is going to the restroom, but i really am not sure.

I just don't understand why he keep going in there over and over again. Literally ever 10 min he will go in there.

This has been going on for about a month.

He is about 10 years old.

Maybe he is having trouble eliminating
Can pssbly be infection or could just be senility
Discuss with your vet pls

He is obviously having some trouble,do you take out pee or poop balls every day,or isn't there any?
But if this has been going on for a month and he had kidneyproblems he would by now be in terrible pain.You are not saying if he is still doing something in the box?
10yrs is not really old for a cat....
