Question:
Looking for advice. Our 3 year old male cat is neutered/spayed and is acting really weird. It looks as if he is in heat. He will find a pile of clothes or blanket and start humping it. Its been occuring for the past 6 weeks.

Any thoughts?

Male cats dont' get in heat. What you're seeing is very normal/common, even in neutered cats.

You could always give him his own "blankie"!

I have three neutered males and they actually try to mount each other and pillows,blankies,whatever...don't worry it's perfectly normal,at least there will be no little pillows or unwanted blankies

even neutered animals have hormones, some vets suggest having your cats or dogs "fixed" before they reach sexual maturity to prevent this.
