my 6 month old pit bull puppy has a small patch on the back of her neck that started out the size of a dime and in 3 days swelled to the size of a large egg. it looks kind of like yellow chicken skin and cries.i apply hydrogen peroxide to it and it dries up but the it starts all over again .i am also applying a cream called "flies off"because of the flies that swarm her and her food.she is normal and healthy and very energetic.and half of her body her bottom half doesnt seem to grow hair all the way it looks sparse.pls pls pls pls help me
